Carl Dyson was an excellent salesperson working over phone and text to provide a fair price on the Honda CRV we ultimately purchased from him. The trade offer from the dealer was below competitors and Carl suggested we contact Carvana for a purchase appraisal. That tip, while a little inconvenient, ended up netting us $2000 more for our 2020 CRV than anyone else.

I told him I was having some trouble at some other dealers and happened to stumble in, from there he made the process super easy and we ended up finding a car that is perfect. We worked with Tom, really easy process. They didn't push us toward a vehicle, did the homework for us on registering our car in a different state, found quite a few discounts, and worked to complete as much paperwork as possible before we came back to sign. From trying out our cars, to purchasing, and signing it was smooth. Lifetime oil changes don't suck either.
