Ive had my vehicle in for about 12 services over the past 7 years, and only 3 times I didnt have to take it right back because theyve missed doing the oil or they didnt have the part they said theyd have. Most recent service I supposedly had the transmission flushed. Since having it flushed I also had my transmission fluid inspected. During a long trip, my transmission overheated. Check the dipstick, and its so full oil shoots out. Had to buy a siphon and pulled out 20 ounces on the side of the road just to finish our trip. Did the drain and fill and removed just under 6 quarts from a roughly 3.5 quart sump. Sent a message to the dealership and the only contact I received was asking which new Honda im interested in buying. This dealership can keep their free oil changes and inspections. Ill find somewhere else that wont cause thousands in damages from routine service. Update 30Jul. After a 1 star review the company did reach out and attempt to fix the issue. I turned down their offer, but the thought of attempting to make things right gets my review revised.

This was my first time buying a car and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson than Rachel! 10/10 experience😊💕

Carl Dyson was an excellent salesperson working over phone and text to provide a fair price on the Honda CRV we ultimately purchased from him. The trade offer from the dealer was below competitors and Carl suggested we contact Carvana for a purchase appraisal. That tip, while a little inconvenient, ended up netting us $2000 more for our 2020 CRV than anyone else.

Orlando in the service department got me in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. My tire pressure light in my Honda Civic had came on the night before. Fixed my tire and also completed my State Inspection! Highly recommend Orlando!

I recently stopped by to check out a Honda Ridgeline, and I have to say, I walked in expecting the usual dealership "hunger games" and walked out wondering why every car-buying experience isn't this easy. A massive shoutout to Tom Torres. If you’re looking for a salesman who treats you like a human being rather than a quota, Tom is your guy. Usually, when I step onto a lot, I feel like a gazelle in a lion documentary, but Tom’s vibe was more "friendly neighbor offering a cold drink." Here is why you should ask for him: Zero Pressure: I’ve had high-school relationships with more clingy behavior than Tom. He gave me the space to actually look at the truck, answer my questions, and didn't try to "act now!" me into a corner. Genuine Friendliness: He’s actually a fun guy to talk to. We spent as much time laughing as we did talking about towing capacities. It felt like buying a car from a buddy who just happens to have a lot of Hondas. We will definitely be doing business with them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buy a car.

I purchased a new CRV today at an excellent price and the process was smooth and enjoyable. The product specialist, Tom, was very knowledgeable and provided a pressure-free, transparent experience. I was also impressed that the general manager, Chad, stopped by to introduce himself and to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low stress great deal.

I had the best experience with Kaila at Checkered Flag Honda! She brought the vehicle I was interested in from another location to this location so I could see it and was very responsive via text. She answered all my questions and encouraged a trade in assessment which I hadn’t considered an option because my vehicle was so old. Tony handled the trade in assessment and gave me a great deal for my old vehicle which helped me make the decision to buy from them. Kaila explained all the paperwork and made the process very easy!
