He was super responsive to emails and calls, and was super attentive when I was there in person. They let me keep the car overnight to test drive and that sold it for me. I recently visited Checkered Flag Honda for my first free oil change and tire rotation after purchasing my 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid. From the start, Stephanie Z., my service rep, was welcoming, attentive, and personable. She explained the service timing and made sure I was comfortable. During our conversation, I mentioned my concern about the Diamond Ceramic Coating not giving my car the shiny finish I expected. Stephanie immediately took ownership of the issue, offering to look into it and make things right. She needs to be cloned! I also spoke with Sales Manager Brian, who worked with Stephanie and Janell in Service to arrange for the coating to be reapplied. Although hesitant, Janell’s reassurance convinced me to proceed, and I’m so glad I did. When I picked up my car, it looked stunning—inside and out! The paint had a beautiful shine, and the car had a flawless appearance. I also met Dion from Detailing, who kindly offered helpful tips to maintain the paint.
