I went in a couple weeks ago to purchase a vehicle and was greeted by Martene who would be handing the transaction from start to finish. Martene allowed me to test drive each vehicle I asked to drive, was patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I finally chose the Santa Fe. She explained all of the documents , made sure I understood what I was signing, answered all of my questions and even went through the gadgets on the vehicle to ensure I knew how things worked.
